Three things that are totally boring & not great:
1. When designers compete with one another for no good reason. There is no “World’s Greatest Designer” award, so stop trying.
2. Folks who consistently ask their “friends” for free design work. I don’t ask you to teach my kids or paint my house for free, so why do you get that privilege ?
3. Being a designer is an awesome job. I love it, but it’s also work. Real work that is sometimes as boring as being an accountant, so give credit where credit is due.
